  i was a part of a group of about 60 people, we checked into this hotel on 29th October for two days. My experience at this hotel was very bad. To begin with, the door locks were not functioning properly, then there was no hot water coming, it took almost two or three hours for them to resolve the problem, however, the problem again in one side of the hotel in the morning. when the manager at the hotel was approached he said that they were running short f staff as most of them had gone on vacation for Diwali. our bookings were done a couple of months in advance and yet we faced this problem. The lifts also weren't working properly. The food was satisfactory.
